SafePaste checks content locally on your device whenever possible. The goal is to give you a warning before sensitive information is pasted or sent, without requiring you to upload that content to our cloud for scanning.

3. Content scanning

When you use SafePaste, sensitive content detection is intended to run on your device. SafePaste does not upload the text you are about to paste or send to our cloud for scanning.

We do not collect or store the content you paste or send for cloud-based scanning.

4. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use SafePaste, we may collect limited information such as:

SafePaste is not designed to send the message you are about to paste or send to our servers for the purpose of detecting sensitive content. We do not operate cloud-based scanning of pasted or sent content for that purpose.
